ramen noodles

tbsp sriracha

Instructions
1: Sauté veggies of your choice in olive oil with salt and pepper until crispy. 2: Cook ramen for 1 minute less than package instructions. 3: Drain ramen and return it to the pot. 4: Add 1/2 tablespoon of vegan butter or regular butter and stir. 5: Combine noodles with sautéed veggies. 6: Prepare the sauce by mixing 1/4 cup broth, 2 tablespoons tamari/soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sriracha, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, ginger powder, and garlic powder. 7: Stir the mixed sauce into the noodles and let it absorb. 8: Top with green onions, snap peas, and a poached egg before serving.View original recipe
