Instructions
1: Whisk together pancake mix with water. 2: Grab two ramekins and grease them well. 3: Crack eggs into each one & add 1 tbsp cottage cheese, salt & pepper. 4: Whisk well. 5: Microwave for 45 seconds, stir & microwave another 30 seconds. 6: Grease a large skillet or griddle. 7: Cook pancakes & sausage. 8: Assemble sandwiches with pancake, sausage patty, cheese & egg, closing with another pancake. 9: Serve with maple syrup!View original recipe
