cup all purpose flour
egg

tbsp butter

tsp vanilla

fl oz maple syrup

cup almond milk

tbsp coconut sugar
Instructions
1: Whisk together dry ingredients. 2: Whisk together wet ingredients. 3: Combine wet and dry until smooth. 4: Heat a large skillet and spray with olive oil. 5: Using a 1/4 measuring cup, scoop batter to pan and cook until the pancakes bubble, then flip. 6: Cook for another 2 minutes. 7: Add butter, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with maple syrup.View original recipe
