What you need

tbsp arrowroot flour

cup tamari

splash hot sauce

tsp sesame oil

broccoli

garlic clove

cup rice

tbsp water
Instructions
1: Cook rice by toasting it with oil, then adding broth and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. 2: Combine sauce ingredients (tamari, maple syrup, minced garlic, sesame oil, water, and arrowroot flour) in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. 3: Cook salmon in avocado oil on high heat for 3 minutes per side, starting with the skin side up. 4: Once cooked through, drizzle the salmon with the sauce and remove from heat. 5: Steam or quickly sauté the broccoli. 6: Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, broccoli, and sprinkle with sliced green onion.View original recipe
