What you need

cup pasta water

cup spinach

Instructions
1: Dice onion, halve cherry tomatoes and mince garlic. 2: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil & onions, and cook for 4 minutes until they have softened. 3: Add garlic and a pinch of salt, cook for another 30 seconds. 4: Add cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. 5: Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook your noodles 1 minute less than package instructions. 6: Reserve pasta water & drain the remainder. 7: Add olives to your sauce, along with hummus & pasta water. Stir until silky smooth and add more hummus if needed. 8: Add noodles & spinach, stir again. 9: Top with chili flakes & feta.View original recipe
