Shrimp Poke Bowls

What you need

tsp smoked paprika

tsp brown sugar

tsp fine sea salt

tsp pepper

cup edamame

carrot

cucumber

green onion
cooked rice

cup mayo

tbsp hot sauce

splash soy sauce
Instructions
1: Defrost shrimp. 2: Pat them dry really well with a paper towel. Add to a small bowl with spices & olive oil & let sit for 10 mins. 3: Meanwhile cook rice & dice veggies. 4: Heat a large skillet on medium heat, once hot add a splash of oil & add shrimp. 5: Spread them apart (you may need to do this in batches) and cook for 3 minutes, flip & cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat. 6: Whisk together mayo and hot sauce or chili oil. 7: Assemble bowls with rice, shrimp, edamame, vegetables & drizzle with mayo + add a splash of soy sauce.View original recipe
