What you need

red bell pepper

tbsp taco seasoning

can corn
cup broth

cup water

can black beans
tsp chili flakes

oz sharp cheddar

can fire roasted tomatoes

bunch green onion

jalapeno

cup pasta
Instructions
1: Sauté diced onion, pepper & jalapeño in olive oil for 5 mins. 2: Add seasoning & cook for an additional 30 seconds. 3: Add canned tomatoes, beans, corn, dry pasta, broth & water. 4: Simmer stirring often for 10-15 mins until most of the liquid has been absorbed. 5: Remove from heat, stir in cheese, divide into bowls and garnish with green onion & additional jalapeño.View original recipe
