Instructions
1: Add French fries to your preheated air fryer (or oven) & cook until crispy. We did 20 mins flipping halfway through at 400. 2: Prep all toppings (slice cheese, tomato, pickle, and lettuce). 3: Whisk together sauce: about 1/4 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup mayo. 4: Divide beef into balls (we made 4). 5: Heat a large frying pan or griddle & wipe with a little oil. 6: Make little piles with sliced onions & cook for a few minutes. 7: Add beef balls on top of onion & press down using a press or a heavy plate. 8: Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 9: Flip after 3 minutes and let cook for another 2. 10: Top with cheese, cover & let the cheese melt. 11: Assemble burger with sauce, 2 patties, tomato, pickle, lettuce. 12: Serve with crispy fries and extra sauce for dipping!View original recipe
