Instructions
1: Cook rice by frying garlic and ginger, add 1 cup of rice for a few minutes, then add 1.5 cups of vegetable broth until boiling, and simmer for 15 minutes with a lid on. 2: Beat 3 eggs and scramble in oil, remove from the pan. 3: Add 1/3 cup of diced red onion and 2 diced carrots; cook in olive oil and sesame oil for 6 minutes. 4: Add garlic and broccoli and stir. 5: Add in the cooked rice and scrambled eggs along with 2-3 tablespoons of tamari or soy sauce; stir and cook for a few minutes. 6: Stir in sriracha and jalapeños for heat if desired.View original recipe
