Instructions
1: Blend 4 eggs and 1/2 cup cottage cheese until smooth. 2: Add 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1/2 cup feta, 2 tablespoons chopped chives, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and blend for another 30 seconds. 3: Pour the mixture into egg bite moulds and cover tightly with tin foil. 4: Add 1 cup water to the instant pot, place the trivet inside, and set the egg bite mould on top. 5: Close the lid and hit the steam function for 10 minutes, then allow for a natural release for 10 minutes. 6: Remove the moulds and enjoy your egg bites.View original recipe
