What you need

bunch spinach
cup broth

cup celery

cup carrot

clove garlic clove

cup noodles

lb italian sausage

cup onion
Instructions
1: Remove sausage from casing & roll into small balls. 2: Heat a large Dutch oven or pot & brown sausage 'meatballs' 2 minutes per side. 3: Remove and set aside. 4: Add a splash of olive oil & add diced onions, celery & carrots; sauté for 5 mins. 5: Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. 6: Add pasta noodles, broth & sausage. 7: Bring to a boil & simmer for 10 mins. 8: Stir in spinach. 9: Option to serve with shredded parmesan.View original recipe
