Sweet & Spicy Tofu with Broccoli

A versatile and flavorful sweet & spicy tofu dish paired with crisp broccoli, perfect for meatless Mondays. The crispy tofu is complemented by a tangy sauce made with tamari, honey, and sriracha. Serve it over rice for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
1: Press the tofu by removing it from the package, placing it between two pieces of paper towel, and applying something heavy on top. Store it in the fridge for a couple of hours. 2: Remove the tofu, pat dry, chop into cubes, and toss in a bowl with 1 tbsp arrowroot flour. 3: Heat oil in a frying pan and fry each side of the tofu cubes for a couple of minutes until crispy. 4: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1/4 cup tamari, 2.5 tbsp honey, 2.5 tbsp sriracha, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes. 5: Stir in 1 tbsp arrowroot flour mixed with 1 tbsp water and remove from heat. 6: Once the tofu is crispy, add the sauce to the frying pan and steam the broccoli for 2 more minutes. 7: Serve the tofu and broccoli over rice and top with sesame seeds.View original recipe
