Shrimp Veggie Stir Fry

What you need
cup cooked rice

cup water

frozen spinach

cup teriyaki sauce

cup tamari

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp ginger

tsp garlic powder

hot sauce
Instructions
1: Pat dry shrimp WELL using a paper towel & season both sides with salt and pepper. 2: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil). 3: Once hot add shrimp & cook 3 minutes per side. 4: Remove shrimp & place in a bowl. 5: Add another 1 tbsp of oil & add the rice, stirring for 60 seconds. 6: Add water or broth, stir, lower heat to low, cover & let cook for 8 minutes. 7: Remove the lid & add in frozen veggies. Put the lid back on and let cook for another 6 minutes. 8: Remove the lid, stir the veggies and rice. Add in shrimp & sauce. 9: Let everything simmer for 5 minutes. 10: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
