What you need

tsp fine sea salt

tsp pepper

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder
tsp chili flakes

cup olive oil
Instructions
1: Wash potatoes & cut into wedges. 2: Place wedges into a large bowl & fill with cold water; let them sit for 10 mins. 3: Drain & place on a large kitchen towel. 4: Let potatoes dry. 5: Return back to a large bowl (make sure it's rinsed & dried). 6: Add oil & spices, toss well. 7: Preheat oven to 425°F & line 2 large baking sheets with parchment papers. 8: Spread wedges & bake for 30 mins. 9: Flip wedges & bake for another 20-30 mins depending on your oven and how crispy you like them.View original recipe
