Instructions
1: Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, and spices in a medium bowl. 2: Add salmon pieces and let marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. 3: Wash and chop broccoli. 4: Preheat oven to 415°F. 5: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or a silicone baking mat. 6: Add marinated salmon to one side and broccoli to the other. 7: Pour remaining marinade over broccoli and toss well. 8: Bake for 18 minutes, broil for 2-3 minutes (keeping an eye on it to avoid burning the broccoli). 9: Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 10: Enjoy with rice or noodles.View original recipe
