What you need
dried chili

tsp salt

onion

cup yogurt

cup water

bunch cilantro

cup red lentils

oz butter

tbsp fresh ginger
lemon
fresh tomatoes

clove garlic clove

tsp cumin seed

cup curry paste
Instructions
1: Wash 1 1/4 cup red lentils and add to 3 1/3 cup water and salt, then boil for 25 minutes. 2: Heat oil in a large pot, add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 dried chili, sizzle for 1 minute. 3: Add 1 medium diced onion and cook for 5-7 minutes. 4: Add 1 tbsp fresh ginger and 2 minced garlic cloves. 5: Stir in 1/4 cup mild curry spice paste and cook for 2 minutes. 6: Add 2 diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. 7: Add the cooked lentils and top with butter, a squeeze of lemon, and salt. 8: Serve with yogurt and cilantro.View original recipe
