What you need

bunch green onion

broccoli

cup cooked rice
cup broth

tbsp arrowroot flour
tsp chili flakes

tbsp water

tsp sesame oil

bell pepper

carrot

clove garlic clove
chicken breast

cup soy sauce
Instructions
1: Cook rice (optional: toast in olive oil and then cook with broth). 2: Pat dry chicken and cut into cubes, toss with salt and pepper. 3: Slice veggies. 4: Whisk together sauce ingredients. 5: In a large skillet, heat avocado oil; once hot, add chicken (spread apart) and cook for 3 minutes per side. 6: Remove chicken from skillet, add a splash of oil, and sauté veggies. 7: Return chicken to skillet and add sauce. 8: Let everything simmer for 5 minutes. 9: Top with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.View original recipe
