What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Add flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt to a bowl. 2: Using a silicone spatula, mix until a dough starts to form, then use your hand. 3: Generously flour a surface and knead the dough for a few minutes until a ball forms. 4: Divide the dough into 8 or 4 depending on the size you're making. 5: Roll out each piece, adding more flour as needed. 6: Optionally add garlic and parsley here and roll again. 7: Heat a large skillet and wipe with oil; add naan. 8: When it starts to bubble, flip and cook for about 3 minutes per side. 9: Repeat until each naan is done. 10: Optionally top with ghee or butter and sprinkle with sea salt and parsley.View original recipe
