tsp smoked paprika

tsp cumin

tsp salt

tsp pepper
tsp chili flakes

cup bbq sauce
cup broth

cup apple cider vinegar

bunch arugula

Instructions
1: Trim pork & cut into large pieces. 2: Combine spices & rub all over pork. 3: Combine vinegar, broth & BBQ sauce in a small bowl, whisk & set aside. 4: Hit sauté on your instant pot, add avocado oil and sear the pork on all sides until brown and a little crispy (do this in 2 batches). 5: Hit cancel & add splash sauce mixture to deglaze the bottom, scraping to make sure nothing is sticking. 6: Return pork with juices, add remaining sauce & pressure cook for 55 mins, let it naturally release for 10. 7: Prep slaw by adding the bagged salad to a bowl and tossing with dressing. 8: Remove pork & shred; meanwhile hit sauté on your instant pot & let the sauce boil until it thickens/reduces. 9: Return the pork and mix well. 10: Assemble bowls with pork and coleslaw.View original recipe
