Instructions
1: Pat dry the chicken and cut into small pieces, then toss with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch or arrowroot flour. 2: Pan fry on medium-high heat with avocado oil, working in batches and spreading the chicken apart. 3: Remove chicken, then add veggies, ensuring to add broccoli last to prevent sogginess.
