Instructions
1: Hit sauté on your Instant Pot, add 1 tbsp of butter and a splash of oil. 2: Once hot, add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. 3: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for another 30 seconds. 4: Hit cancel; add rice and let toast for 1 minute. 5: Add broth and deglaze the bottom, ensuring nothing is sticking. 6: Put the lid on and pressure cook for 5 minutes + quick release. 7: Stir in remaining butter and lemon juice. 8: Meanwhile, pat dry shrimp and season with salt and pepper. 9: Heat a large skillet with oil. 10: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp chili flakes. 11: Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side. 12: Assemble bowls and garnish with parsley and more lemon juice.View original recipe
