Instructions
1: Remove corn from the cob. 2: Dice all veggies. 3: Heat a large skillet with oil, once hot add corn & cook until nicely charred. 4: Season with salt & pepper. 5: Combine corn, veggies, lime juice, mayo & feta in a large bowl. 6: Pat dry shrimp & season with salt, pepper, paprika. 7: In a large skillet over medium high heat add avocado oil, add shrimp & cook 2.5 mins per side. 8: Assemble tacos & enjoy!View original recipe
