cup tomato paste
tsp chili flakes

tsp salt

bunch fresh basil

pepper

clove garlic clove

cup white onion
cup pasta water

cup parmesan

cup oat milk
Instructions
1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook noodles until al dente. 2: In a large skillet, add butter or oil and heat. Once hot, add onion and cook for 4 minutes, stirring. 3: Add garlic and chili flakes, cooking for another 30 seconds. 4: Stir in tomato paste and vodka until the vodka evaporates. 5: Add oat cream and Parmesan, then mix. 6: Combine cooked noodles and reserved pasta water with the sauce. 7: Cook, stirring for a few minutes, and serve with fresh basil, salt, pepper, and extra Parmesan.View original recipe
