What you need
cup broth

cup carrot
lemon
cup kale

cup onion

cup red lentils

tsp turmeric

cup celery
Instructions
1: Sauté onion, carrot, celery in olive oil with a sprinkle of salt for 5 mins. 2: Add garlic & spices & cook for another minute. 3: Add lentils & broth. 4: Simmer for 15 mins. 5: Blend using an immersion blender. 6: Stir in chopped kale & a BIG squeeze of lemon juice, cook for a few more mins. 7: Remove from heat & serve!
