What you need

olive oil

tbsp arrowroot flour

chicken

salt
chili flakes
cup broth

red onion

cup tamari

tsp ground ginger

tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
1: Pat dry and cube chicken. 2: Toss chicken in a bowl with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of arrowroot flour. 3: Fry chicken on medium/high heat in olive oil for 3 minutes per side; remove and set aside. 4: Cook veggies (carrots, peppers, jalapeño, red onion, and sugar snap peas) until tender. 5: Add back in the chicken and sauce (broth, tamari, ground ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and chili flakes). 6: Simmer for a few minutes and serve over rice or cauliflower rice.View original recipe
