This easy Chicken Parmesan recipe is a delicious way to satisfy your cravings. With a little more effort involved, it's definitely worth it. Made with thin chicken cutlets, coated in panko breadcrumbs and topped with marinara and fresh mozzarella, it serves wonderfully with pasta, salad, or asparagus.

What you need

cup panko breadcrumbs

cup grated parmesan cheese

tbsp italian seasoning

egg nog

cup flour

salt

pepper

cup marinara sauce

fresh mozzarella
Instructions
1: Prep chicken (butterfly each breast, cut into pieces & beat down until thin), then season both sides with salt & pepper. 2: Prep your batter stations: 1 shallow bowl for flour, 1 shallow bowl for eggs, 1 shallow bowl for breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning & Parmesan. 3: Dip each chicken into flour, eggs & breadcrumb mixture. 4: In a large skillet heat avocado oil, then cook 2 chicken pieces at a time. Roughly 3-4 minutes per side. 5: Season chicken with flakey salt. 6: Preheat oven to 425°F. 7: Top each chicken piece with marinara & mozzarella slices. 8: Bake for 8 minutes until cheese has melted. 9: Serve with pasta, salad or asparagus.View original recipe
