What you need

cup carrot

lb ground beef

tbsp italian seasoning

marinara sauce

cup cooked noodles
cup pasta water

cup cottage cheese

cup greek yogurt

cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
1: Add a splash of olive oil to a large skillet. 2: Add onion & cook for 4 mins until soft. 3: Add beef & Italian seasoning, break it apart cooking until no longer pink. 4: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add noodles & cook 2 mins less than package instructions, reserve pasta water & drain noodles. 5: Add sauce to beef, yogurt & cottage cheese. Stir well. 6: Add cooked noodles & reserved pasta water, stir well. 7: Top with mozzarella & cover with lid until cheese melts or place in the oven on broil. 8: Enjoy!View original recipe
