Instructions
1: Hit sauté on your instant pot & once hot add a drizzle of olive oil. 2: Add onion & cook for 4 minutes. 3: Add garlic, jalapeño & spices. 4: Cook for 2 minutes. 5: Hit cancel & add beans, corn, broth, tomato & chicken, stir. 6: Add cream cheese on top & close the lid. 7: Pressure cook for 20 minutes. 8: Quick release & remove chicken. 9: Shred & return back to pot. 10: Serve with your fav toppings like cheese & chives.View original recipe
