A quick and easy appetizer for Memorial Day weekend featuring crostini topped with rib eye steak, burrata, and arugula. Perfect for gatherings as everyone will be asking for more!

What you need

tbsp butter

fl oz balsamic glaze

pepper

baguette

bunch fresh rosemary

rib eye steak

bunch arugula

clove garlic clove

burrata
Instructions
1: Let your steak come to room temp, pat dry & season both sides with salt and pepper. 2: Option to cook steak on a grill or heat a large pan with olive oil. Once hot, add steak & cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Then add butter, garlic & rosemary. Baste the steak for an extra 2 minutes. 3: Let the steak rest on a cutting board. 4: Meanwhile, slice baguette & add to frying pan with olive oil. 5: Cook baguette for 2 minutes per side. 6: Place crostini on a serving platter & top with cheese. 7: Layer on arugula & steak. 8: Drizzle with balsamic glaze.View original recipe
