Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 325°F. 2: Pat dry steak & rub well with spices. 3: Heat your Dutch oven on medium high heat, add oil. 4: Sear the steak on both sides until nicely charred (about 3 minutes per side). Remove & set aside. 5: Lower heat & add sliced onion, cook for 3 minutes, add 1/2 cup broth to deglaze the bottom. 6: Push onions to the side & add steak, cover with more broth (1.5 cups). 7: Put the lid on & place into the oven for 3 hours. 8: Prep your toppings. 9: Remove from the oven, remove lid & shred. 10: Assemble tacos & dig in.View original recipe
