1: Wash, trim, and cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise. 2: Heat a large frying pan with olive oil until hot. 3: Add Brussels sprouts cut face down to the pan. 4: Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, and optionally add chili flakes. 5: Cook undisturbed for about 4 minutes. 6: Flip each Brussels sprout over, sprinkle with salt and pepper again. 7: Cook for another 3-4 minutes depending on desired crispiness.View original recipe
