Instructions
1: Cook noodles until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain. 2: Cook bacon; remove and roughly chop. 3: Add olive oil to a hot pan and add 1 pint of halved cherry tomatoes. 4: Cook for 5 minutes, add minced garlic and chili flakes, and continue to cook for 3 more minutes. 5: Add cooked pasta, chopped bacon, 1/4 cup Parmesan, spinach, and 1/3 cup pasta water. 6: Toss for 2 minutes, remove from heat. 7: Serve with additional Parmesan, chili flakes, and lots of cracked black pepper.View original recipe
