What you need

tbsp arrowroot flour

Instructions
1: Cut beef into small pieces and generously season with sea salt and pepper. 2: Dice all your veggies. 3: Hit sauté on your instant pot and add a splash of oil. 4: Add beef and sear for 3 minutes per side. 5: Remove beef and set aside. 6: Add onions and sauté for 4 minutes until soft. 7: Add garlic, spices, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce; cook for 1 more minute; hit cancel. 8: Add celery, carrots, and potatoes; return beef. 9: Add broth and stir everything well; add a bay leaf and put the lid on. 10: Pressure cook for 30 minutes and quick release. 11: Stir in flour and water slurry along with peas. 12: Let simmer until it thickens a little. 13: Serve with parsley and crusty bread.View original recipe
