cup fresh parmesan cheese

Instructions
1: Remove tomatoes from jar & crush by hand into a bowl. 2: In a skillet over medium heat add pancetta & cook about 5 minutes stirring until crispy, add chili flakes. 3: Add crushed tomatoes with juices & let simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens, season with salt & pepper. 4: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt well, add fresh noodles & cook until al dente. 5: Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. 6: Add noodles, Parmesan cheese & pasta water to sauce & toss well. 7: Serve with extra cheese & chili flakes.View original recipe
