Crispy Salmon Bowl

A delicious bowl combining cubed marinated salmon with sautéed red cabbage, broccoli, and quinoa, topped with salmon sauce and spicy mayo.

What you need

broccoli

tsp salt

cup soy sauce

tbsp maple syrup

salmon

fl oz avocado oil
tsp chili flakes

fl oz olive oil

pepper

cup quinoa

clove garlic

tsp sesame oil

fl oz mayo
Instructions
1: Cube salmon & marinate for 1 hour in soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, chili flakes, minced garlic, salt & pepper. 2: Slice red cabbage & chop broccoli. 3: Cook quinoa according to package instructions. 4: Sauté cabbage in olive oil with salt & pepper until nicely charred (about 8 mins). 5: Add broccoli & cook for another 2 mins. 6: Add in cooked quinoa. 7: Add avocado oil to a hot skillet & add salmon. Cook 3 mins per side, flip & another 2 mins. 8: Assemble bowls & drizzle with salmon sauce AND a little spicy mayo on top. 9: Enjoy.View original recipe
