1: Brown ground beef. 2: Add 1 small diced onion, 2 diced carrots, and 2 diced garlic cloves, and cook for 6 minutes. 3: Add 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes. 4: Add the entire jar of tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes on low, stirring often. 5: Place oven-ready lasagna noodles on the bottom of a baking dish. 6: Layer with sauce and shredded cheese, continuing with two more layers. 7: Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F covered. 8: Remove cover and broil for 5 minutes. 9: Serve with a big salad and a glass of wine.View original recipe
