What you need

cup baby spinach

red bell pepper

pt cherry tomato

red onion

cup feta

slice prosciutto

cup slivered almonds

cup olive oil

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp maple syrup

tsp salt

tsp pepper
Instructions
1: Add prosciutto to a frying pan & let cook for 3 minutes per side on medium heat. Remove & let sit for a few minutes. 2: Wash, chop and slice lettuce and veggies. 3: Option to toast almonds for a few minutes in a frying pan over medium heat. 4: Add a small bowl in the middle of your salad bowl. 5: Add ingredients around the small bowl starting with lettuce, spinach, peppers, onion, tomatoes, feta, almonds & pieces of prosciutto. 6: Whisk together dressing ingredients in the small bowl. 7: Prior to serving, drizzle with dressing & toss well.View original recipe
