What you need

tbsp taco seasoning
tbsp broth

cup shredded cheddar

avocado

cup yellow cherry tomatoes
lime

garlic clove

fine sea salt

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Using a glass or cookie cutter, cut out rounds from the tortilla shells (you’ll need 24 to fill the tray). 3: Cook ground beef until no longer pink, add spices and broth, and let simmer for 5 minutes. 4: Shred cheese. 5: Make guacamole by mashing avocado with garlic, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt. 6: Spray a mini muffin tin and press tortilla rounds into each one. 7: Top each tortilla with beef and shredded cheese. 8: Bake for 12 minutes. 9: Remove from the oven and top each one with a dollop of guacamole and Greek yogurt or sour cream. 10: Serve with salsa.View original recipe
