What you need

onion

bell pepper

oz diced tomatoes with green chilies

cup tomato sauce
cup broth

can kidney beans

can corn

tbsp chili powder

tbsp cumin

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp cayenne

tsp salt

tsp pepper
Instructions
1: Dice onion & peppers. 2: Rinse & drain beans and corn. 3: Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. 4: Add onion & cook for 5 minutes until translucent. 5: Add ground beef & cook, crumbling until no longer pink (about 5 minutes). 6: Stir in peppers & all seasonings, cook for another 2 minutes. 7: Add beans, corn, diced tomato, broth & tomato sauce. 8: Bring to a boil, then lower heat, cover & simmer for 25 minutes. 9: Optionally blend a little using an immersion blender for a smoother texture. 10: Divide into bowls & top with your favorite toppings.View original recipe
