Instructions
1: Open the can of chestnuts, rinse & drain. 2: Add chestnuts to a bowl with soy sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes. 3: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 4: Slice bacon into 3 pieces and start wrapping chestnuts, securing with a toothpick. 5: Place wrapped chestnuts on a wire rack on top of a lined baking sheet. 6: Bake for 30 minutes. 7: Remove from wire rack and place on parchment paper. 8: In a small saucepan, bring chili sauce and water to a boil. 9: Reduce and thicken the sauce, then pour over bacon-wrapped chestnuts and toss. 10: Bake for another 5-10 minutes.View original recipe
