These incredibly crispy hash browns use just 3 ingredients and are perfect for a weekend brunch! Made with russet potatoes, egg, and arrowroot flour (or corn starch) seasoned with sea salt, these hash browns are shallow fried for a deliciously crispy texture.

1: Peel and parboil the potatoes for 8 minutes. 2: Drain and let dry. 3: Once cool, shred the potatoes and combine with egg and flour. 4: Form into 8 patties and place on a baking sheet into the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes. 5: Optionally, deep fry using a pot of oil or shallow fry with enough oil in the pan to cover the hash browns halfway. 6: Fry for 4 minutes per side. 7: Place on a paper towel to drain excess grease and sprinkle with sea salt. 8: Enjoy with your favorite dip.View original recipe
