Instructions
1: Cook spaghetti or linguini until al dente & reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. 2: Sauté minced garlic and chili flakes in 2 tbsp olive oil + 2 tbsp butter/vegan butter, stirring often. 3: Pat dry shrimp & season with salt and pepper. 4: Add shrimp & fry 2 mins per side, remove & set aside. 5: Add 1/2 cup white wine or broth & lemon juice, bring to a simmer. 6: Stir in 1 more tbsp butter/vegan butter. 7: Lower heat, return shrimp, add diced parsley & cooked noodles. 8: Stir quickly with tongs and add in reserved pasta water until you have reached your desired consistency. 9: Serve with cracked black pepper, extra chili flakes & parsley.View original recipe
