1: In a food processor or using an emulsion blender, blend all dressing ingredients (mayo, basil, scallions, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, coconut milk). 2: Mix broccoli slaw with dressing (leftover dressing can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days), add in chopped avocado and gently toss.
