Peach Salsa Fish Tacos

cup red onion

peach

tsp fine sea salt
lb cod

tbsp blackened seasoning

tsp chili powder

tsp paprika

tsp cumin

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp thyme

Instructions
1: Dice all salsa ingredients and toss in a large bowl. 2: Pat dry the fish with a paper towel and generously cover/rub all sides with the seasoning. 3: Heat a large skillet on medium/high heat and add avocado oil. 4: Once hot, add fish (spread apart) and cook for 3 minutes per side until nicely charred. 5: Serve with your favorite taco shells and add a yogurt+salsa mixture to the bottom of each shell for extra flavor before topping with fish and salsa.View original recipe
