tbsp balsamic vinegar

cup shredded cheese

1: Cook quinoa as per package instructions. 2: In a small sauce pan, heat up tomato sauce, remove from heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and yogurt. 3: In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, chicken, sauce, cheese (leave a little to sprinkle on top), and half of the basil. 4: Add chili flakes, salt, and pepper. 5: Spread mixture into a large baking dish (or two smaller ones). 6: Sprinkle with a little extra cheese, cherry tomatoes, and basil. 7: Bake for 15 mins at 400°F.View original recipe
