Italian Meatballs

These easy-to-make Italian meatballs are perfect for spaghetti, sliders, or as an appetizer. With a blend of ground beef, ground pork, eggs, and seasonings, they can be baked or pan-fried. The recipe yields a large batch, ideal for freezing or meal prep, and pairs wonderfully with a good sauce.

What you need

ground pork

egg nog

cup grated parmesan cheese

cup breadcrumb

cup almond milk

cup fresh parsley

tsp italian seasoning
tsp chili flakes

tsp salt

tsp pepper

garlic clove
Instructions
1: Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl and let sit for 5 mins. 2: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and add breadcrumb mixture, mix well using your hands. 3: Roll into balls, option to make small, medium or large (about 30 medium sized). 4: Heat a large skillet with olive oil and cook meatballs in batches until all sides are brown, or bake meatballs on a baking sheet for 20 mins at 400°F. 5: Add half a jar of sauce to the bottom of a large baking dish. 6: Add meatballs & top with remaining sauce. 7: Top with fresh basil & additional grated parmesan. 8: Store in the fridge until ready to use. 9: Heat in oven at 350°F for 25 mins. 10: Add in a little pasta water if serving with spaghetti for a more liquidy sauce.View original recipe
