Whipped Feta & Warm Olive Crostini

These whipped feta and warm olive crostini are the perfect sweet, salty, and crunchy appetizer. Made using a quality French baguette, this easy recipe is full of bold flavors and sure to disappear quickly!

What you need

oz feta

cup greek yogurt

tbsp olive oil

cup black olives

fine sea salt

honey

fresh rosemary
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Slice baguette into thin rounds and arrange slices on a baking sheet. 3: Drizzle and cover each slice with olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. 4: Add olives to a small baking dish and top with olive oil from the jar. 5: Bake both the baguette and olives for 10 to 12 minutes. 6: Meanwhile, combine feta cheese, yogurt, and olive oil in a food processor, and blend until smooth (scraping the sides a few times throughout). 7: Place crostini on a serving platter and top each one with whipped feta and warm olives. 8: Drizzle with lots of honey and optionally garnish with little rosemary sprigs.View original recipe
