What you need

Instructions
1: Sauté diced onion, pepper & jalapeño in olive oil for 5 mins. 2: Add seasoning & cook for an additional 30 seconds. 3: Add canned tomatoes, beans, corn, dry pasta, broth & water. 4: Simmer & cover stirring often for 10-15 mins until most of the liquid has been absorbed. 5: Remove from heat, stir in cheese, divide into bowls and garnish with green onion & additional jalapeño.View original recipe
