Vegan Broccoli Soup

Instructions
1: Chop 1 head of broccoli, 1/2 head of cauliflower, 2 carrots, 1 onion, and 2 garlic cloves. 2: Sauté onions with a sprinkle of salt in olive oil using the sauté function for 4 minutes. 3: Stir in carrots and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. 4: Add the remainder of the veggies, 2 1/2 cups broth, 1 cup almond milk, and spices. 5: Pressure cook for 5 minutes. 6: Blend using an immersion blender and stir in 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast or cheddar cheese. 7: For stove top, instead of pressure cooking, simmer for about 25 minutes.View original recipe
