1: Dice onion & garlic.

2: Add oil to a large skillet.

3: Add onion and cook for 4 minutes until soft, add garlic & spices.

4: Add can of diced tomatoes with juices.

5: Add Boursin cheese & cover, let simmer for 10 mins.

6: Boil water, add salt & cook noodles 1 min less than package instructions.

7: Reserve pasta water before draining.

8: Stir the cheese with the sauce & add in spinach.

9: Add cooked noodles & pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

10: Serve with pepper & chili flakes.
